The Role:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers enquiring about products and services
- Process orders and maintain customer records
- Provide precise information regarding pricing, availability, and service options
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Work closely with sales and production team to meet and exceed customer expectations
About You:
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or construction company
- Excellent communication, people skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems
- Availability to work every 2nd Saturday
- Own reliable transport and full Australian work rights
