Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a thriving manufacturing company in the heart of Western Sydney! Perfect role for someone in the industrial, manufacturing or construction industry ready to make a change.

The Role:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers enquiring about products and services
• Process orders and maintain customer records
• Provide precise information regarding pricing, availability, and service options
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Work closely with sales and production team to meet and exceed customer expectations

About You:

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or construction company
• Excellent communication, people skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems
• Availability to work every 2nd Saturday
• Own reliable transport and full Australian work rights
